DISPATCH & DELIVERY
- After receiving the payment , product will be dispatched within 2 workings days from Janakpuri, New Delhi.
- SPACE ARCADE itself dispatch the product ; not by any third party or other sellers
- The product will be dispatched either by surface or by road.
- If the weight is 1 kg or less, dispatch will be done by Air usually.
- If the weight is more than 1 kg , dispatch will be done by Surface usually.
- Expected delivery within 3 days after dispatched by Air.
- Expected delivery between 7 to 9 days when dispatched by Surface.
- Dispatch details will be sent.
CANCELLATION & REFUND
- SPACE India does not have Cash on Delivery facility.
- Buyer can cancel the product if it is not dispatch within 3 working days, the entire amount will be refunded.
- In case if the product is out of stock or unable to deliver on particular pin-code, the buyer can cancel the product, the entire amount will be refunded.
WARRANTY
Gnomon Astrotech Private Ltd., the Company, hereby provides Warranty on select items for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase by the user against material manufacturing defects only. After the expiry of this period, you can still avail of this repair facility, by paying for the same.
The Warranty, however, is subject to the following conditions:
1. The invoice must be preserved and produced along with the defective piece.
2. The defective piece must be delivered by the User at his/her/its/own cost to the Janakpuri, New Delhi sales service center, the details whereof can be obtained by contacting the Company on aforesaid helpline number or email ID.
3. This Warranty is not valid for:
A. Damages resulting from accidents, mishandling, negligence, unauthorized repair, tampering, loss of components/accessories, normal wear and tear, exposure to extreme heat and temperature, and exposure to rain/water.
B. Damages from mishandling and abuse in transit.
4. The Company will undertake to repair/replace the defective piece at its own discretion and its decision as to the nature of the defects and applicability of this Warranty, is final.
5. In the interest of product up-gradation, the Company is free to change its products specification without notice. In case spares for given models are not available, the Company may at its discretion, offer an equivalent model at a special rate.
6. Any disputes arising out of the applicability / usage of this Warranty card is subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
7. The Company's liability for damages shall be restricted only up-to repair/replacement of the defective piece and in no event and under no circumstances it shall exceed the price paid (after discounts, if any) by the customer to the Company for the damaged piece stated in the invoice/cash memo.

How soon will I receive the kit?
This is an advance order. SPACE will start dispatching the kits starting with the beginning of September. Your order may take anywhere from 7 to 15 days to reach you after dispatch.
